Just like the villa itself, the location is premium—only about 30 steps from the main square and a five-minute walk from the most renowned restaurants and the waterfront promenade. As the city centre is a car-free zone, we will personally welcome you at the Hvar harbour and accompany you on a short, leisurely five-minute walk to the villa. To ensure a seamless arrival, the porter service for your luggage is already included.

Stepping through the grand entrance, you’ll find yourself in a spacious open-plan dining area and a cozy living room featuring a large fireplace—perfect for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, especially during the off-season. Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish bar, and direct access to a terrace with a jacuzzi, sun loungers, a barbecue, and one of the villa’s bedrooms.

The villa boasts two master bedrooms. The first is located on the ground floor, featuring a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the terrace. Every detail in the villa exudes luxury—from hand-painted cushion covers and drapes made of the finest materials to Murano glass accessories and vases. The light beige walls create a soothing visual harmony with the villa’s natural earth-tone décor.

A charming stone staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the second master bedroom—a spacious room with a king-size bed, elegant wooden furnishings, and a large terrace with a lounge area and breathtaking views of Hvar. Despite being in the heart of the city, the villa is tucked away in a peaceful area, far enough from bars with loud music. Close to the action, but a peaceful retreat.

The top floor house has two additional bedrooms, both with single beds and en-suite bathrooms. The larger room on the left features four single beds and a private bathroom, while the room on the right has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. These rooms are ideal for groups of friends or families, serving as perfect children’s quarters.
