The Hvar Offroad Tour is truly one of a kind, just like the Island of Hvar itself. This full-day adventure takes you through the island's most stunning landscapes, from abandoned ancient villages to panoramic viewpoints and the highest peak of St. Nicholas.

Your journey begins with a drive along scenic dirt roads to the 16th-century village of Malo Grablje, abandoned decades ago but still rich with history and Mediterranean charm. Next, you'll visit Velo Grablje, once a wealthy township known for being Europe's greatest lavender-oil producers.

The tour continues to Vidikovac hill offering spectacular views of Stari Grad, the island's oldest settlement founded by ancient Greeks. The highlight of your day will be ascending St. Nicholas peak (626m), where you'll enjoy a breathtaking 360-degree view of the Central Adriatic and neighboring islands - on clear days, you might even spot Italy in the distance.

Your adventure includes a traditional Dalmatian 'peka' lunch at a family-run tavern overlooking the UNESCO-protected Stari Grad Plain, followed by free time to swim at beautiful Soline Beach in Vrboska.

Velo Grablje

Explore this tiny 15th-century village that was once an industrial center for wine, olive oil, and honey, famous for its lavender production.

Vidikovac Viewpoint

Enjoy stunning views of Stari Grad and the bay from this scenic lookout. Learn about the ancient Greek settlement of Faros founded in 384 BC.

St. Nicholas Peak

Traditional Peka Lunch

Booking Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure. Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable. In case of bad weather conditions, we offer an alternative date or a full refund.

Check-in

Please arrive at Hvar town bus station 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time (09:15). Hotel pickup available from select locations.

Tour End

The tour returns to Hvar town at approximately 17:00.

Payment Details

30% deposit required at booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of the tour. We accept cash and major credit cards.

Additional Information

Please wear comfortable sports shoes (no flip-flops or high heels). Bring a beach towel and swimwear in summer months. The tour is subject to favorable weather conditions.
